These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Sozuyu Kituxo, governing your access to this website and to the self-paced course materials made available under a purchased License. By accessing the site or purchasing a License, you agree to be bound by these clauses.
Clause A. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction to purchase a License. If you are purchasing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Clause B. Scope of License
A License grants access to the course modules, prompt template library, and related worksheets for the number of seats specified at purchase. It does not grant ownership of the underlying Course Materials, and it does not permit resale, redistribution, or public posting of course content.
Clause C. Payment and Fees
Fees are as stated on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. Payment is processed through a third-party payment provider, and by purchasing you agree to that provider's applicable terms as well. Prices are subject to change for future purchases, but changes do not affect a License already purchased.
Clause D. Refunds
Refund requests submitted within 14 days of purchase, where course access has not been substantially used, are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Requests submitted after this window, or after substantial use of the Course Materials, may not be eligible for a refund. Refund decisions are communicated by email following review.
Clause E. Acceptable Use
You agree not to share login credentials beyond your purchased seat count, not to attempt to extract or redistribute Course Materials outside your organization, and not to use the site or materials for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend access for Licenses used in violation of this clause.
Clause F. Intellectual Property
All Course Materials, including text, templates, and design elements of this website, are the property of Sozuyu Kituxo or its licensors and are protected under applicable copyright law. Purchasing a License does not transfer any intellectual property rights beyond the limited use described in Clause B.
Clause G. Educational Purpose Only
The Course Materials are provided for general informational and educational purposes related to content workflow practices. Nothing in the Course Materials constitutes professional, legal, or business advice specific to your organization, and outcomes from applying course techniques will vary depending on your own workflow, tools, and team.
Clause H. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sozuyu Kituxo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Course Materials or this website. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount paid for the License giving rise to the claim.
Clause I. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Course Materials for violations of Clause E. You may stop using the Course Materials at any time; termination does not entitle you to a refund except as described in Clause D.
Clause J. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in San Diego County, California.
Clause K. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the site or Course Materials after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes affecting active Licenses will be communicated by email where practical.
